| BCAA 1000 |
Our
muscle mass consists of 35 % of BCAAs (branched chain amino acids): leucine, isoleucine and
valine.
These 3 branched amino acids belong to the essential amino acids. This means that we
have to take them through food or by taking supplements.
Intensive training requires extra BCAAs !
They differ from the other amino acids because they are immediately converted into
muscle metabolism.
Moreover, they are not stored in the liver.
BCAAs are absolutely necessary for weight training. They prevent protein degradation in
the muscle (catabolism) and ensure a faster and better recovery of muscles resulting in
the end in increased muscle mass.
BCAAs are best taken before or after training. When taken before training, they will
reduce muscle degradation during exercising to a minimum.
After training they will ensure maximal protein synthesis, recovery and muscle built-up.
Vitamin B6 serves for a better assimilation of the BCAAs
If the body has a vitamin B6 deficiency, the bcaa substances can not be absorbed easily.
Thanks to the combination of amino acids and vitamin B6 all possible causes of deficiency are
solved. |
